Smriti Joshi, M.A., M.Phil.

Smriti Joshi is the Chief Psychologist at Wysa. Smriti is a licensed clinical psychologist who has been offering her services in the mental health space in India for the past 21 years. She has published papers and book chapters to share her knowledge and experiences of working in this field. She has contributed to setting up tele-counselling guidelines for the Indian Association of Clinical Psychologists and has been providing training to psychologists practising in India to offer legally and ethically safe mental health services via tele-modalities. Smriti is a part of the National Mental Health Council (NMHC) for WICCI and has conducted/participated in mental health-related events organised by WICCI NMHC. She is leading the Ethics and Science in Mental health Tech Conversations on the Therapists in Tech platform supporting 1000+ mental health professionals. Some of her media appearances include a TEDx talk on Let's Talk; But is anyone even Listening? and Spotlight On Mental Health: Wysa’s Smriti Joshi Talks About The Business Model | CNBC-TV18.
