Prachi is a liecensed Clinical Psychologist and a certified trauma therapist. She is the founder of the wellness organization The Emotional Wellness Initiatives and has been active in the field of mental health for over 17 years. In her career she has contributed as a expert to both print and web media including magazines like Better Homes and Gardens and Child, news publications like Hindustan Times and the Times of India, and several podcasts. She has also done extensive work with the Indian Air Force as a psychological consultant. In her personal life, she is a mother, a voracious reader, a puzzle enthusiast and a seeker of new experiences!
