Anusuya Datta, M.Sc., M.Phil

Anusuya Datta, M.Sc., M.Phil

Anusuya Datta is a clinical psychologist from Delhi. She divides her time between her work at Wysa as a coach and her private practice. She has been practising for seven years. Anusuya loves learning about different therapy modalities and has trained in narrative therapy and solution-focused therapy. She is currently learning EMDR and family therapy. She looks at problems through a trauma-informed and contextual lens. She believes that we are who we are because of those around us. Just as we shape the world, the world around us also shapes us. Problems do not live in people but outside of them. She wants to help people live the lives they want to live. She works with mental health concerns that are keeping people stuck. She has recently started offering supervision to new therapists. When she is not working, she is clicking photos of her cat Draco.
